Position: Electrical Engineer (P.Eng) - Lead Role| Full -Time

Location: Winnipeg, MB

We're currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (P.Eng) to join our Winnipeg office in a lead capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, take ownership of projects, mentor others, and help shape the future of our electrical team.

Responsibilities

The Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead electrical design projects from concept through construction
  • Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success
  • Mentor and support junior designers and technologists
  • Conduct site visits and field reviews as required
  • Ensure designs comply with all applicable codes and standards
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Electrical Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Manitoba or eligible for registration
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in building electrical design
  • Strong knowledge of lighting, power distribution, life safety, and low-voltage systems
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Position: 3D Modeler & Drafter | Part-Time & Full-Time

Location: Winnipeg, MB

We are seeking a 3D Modeler & Drafter to join our Winnipeg office. This role supports our design engineers by producing accurate 3D models and construction drawings while maintaining consistency with company BIM standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

The Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create detailed 3D models in Revit based on direction from design engineers
  • Prepare accurate and organized construction drawings
  • Interpret engineering specifications, markups, and instructions
  • Ensure models and drawings comply with company BIM standards
  • Perform quality checks and address review comments
  • Collaborate with engineers and project team members throughout project delivery
  • Maintain organized records of models, drawings, and revisions

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience using Revit in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with other CAD software is considered an asset
