Mission Statement
To add value to a client's operations through the timely delivery of leading-edge engineering solutions and project management services.
Alliance Engineering Services Inc. (AESI) was incorporated in 2000 as an engineering and project management services firm. The principal employees of the firm, Art Gossen, PEng – principal, senior engineer, and Adrian Solomon – principal, senior mechanical designer, have a combined 40 years of experience in the mechanical engineering and project management fields. Much of their experience is in the industrial, commercial and institutional market sectors, providing services to clients with requirements similar to yours.
Mechanical and electrical engineering services and project management services are presently being offered to both private sector and public sector clients. Mechanical engineering services are provided from in-house staff. Projects requiring input from other engineering disciplines can be provided by AESI through subconsultants. The present permanent staff level is twelve; staff levels are supplemented by contract staff as/when required. Project delivery services can be provided in the conventional design-tender-construct and design-build delivery formats. Design-build services are typically provided through our affiliation with Wescan Electrical Mechanical Services.
It is our firm belief that the level of service and attention to detail that are provided by our staff will result in a client's expectations being met and/or exceeded on all facets of a project. The service delivery and business plan for AESI was and continues to be founded on the premise that establishing and maintaining a long-term relationship with a client is mutually beneficial to both parties.
Senior-level staff members, who also form the ownership group of the firm, invest the time to become knowledgeable in a client's operating procedures and technical requirements. This initial investment in time and resources allows for the seamless, integrated provision of services to a client. Our goal is to give a client the reassurance and confidence, through demonstrated proficiency, that AESI is simply a "branch" of their own engineering support department.
